Shorten Rest (3.5e Feat)

From D&D Wiki

Jump to: navigation, search
Scales.png This page is of questionable balance. Reason: Doesn't make sense. For example, a wizard regains spells by "getting a good night’s sleep and spending 1 hour studying her spellbook." Is this supposed to reduce the good night's sleep, or the spellbook study? If it's the sleep, let's say 8 hours, if I take this feat 5 times, I only need to rest for half an hour before I study the spellbook, is that correct? But if I need to sleep anyway, what's the difference?
