Shibuki's Wielder (5e Creature)

Medium humanoid (Human), lawful wielder
Chakra. Shibuki's wielder has 25 chakra points which he can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest.
Endurance. When Shibuki's wielder is targeted by an effect that allows him to make a Constitution saving throw to take half damage on a success, he takes no damage on a success and half damage on a failure.
Multiattack. Shibuki's wielder can make 2 unarmed strike or Shibuki attacks.
Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d4 + 4) magical slashing damage.
Shibuki. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) magical bludgeoning damage. They also have 10 explosive tags, which can be expended on a hit, resulting in one of the following:
Tag Creation (5+ Chakra). Shibuki's wielder creates 2 explosive tags. They create 1 additional chakra tag per 2 additional chakra points spent. The number of existing chakra tags can not exceed 10.
Hidden Mist Jutsu (7 Chakra). A 40 ft. radius around Shibuki's wielder is covered in a dense fog for 1 minute or until a wind of moderate or greater speed (at least 10 miles per hour) disperses it. This area counts as heavily obscured after beyond a 5 ft. radius for any creature that is not a member of the Seven Swordsmen of the Hidden Mist or has the Naruto:_Shinobi_(5e_Class)#Path_of_the_Assassin
One of the legendary blades of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist, Shibuki is more of a club than a blade. Containing a massive, unfurlable scroll of explosive tags, it is excellent at demolition. Due to its explosive nature, it has earned the appellation "Blastsword."
