Like the rest of the Sound Four, the brothers Sakon and Ukon were born with a rare kekkei genkai. Theirs allowed them to either harmlessly fuse their bodies together, or consume others like a sentient cancer. They operate as a single individual, and took the role of Sound Four leader after Kimimaro's illness came to light. Like all Sound Four members, he can access a heightened form for 1 minute each day.
