Requirements. You must meet the following requirements to be able to cast this spell.
- An Intelligence score of 16 or higher
- Knowledge of various torture methods and devices, this information can be acquired with researching during downtime
- A chaotic or evil alignment
When you cast this spell, target up to three creatures within range that have committed a serious crime, such as enormous theft, murder, kidnapping, etc. Whether a crime is "serious" or not is up to your DM.
The targets must make a Wisdom saving throw. You and any target who failedthe saving throw is transported to a demiplane which has every kind of torture device in it. It looks like a dungeon prison. Each target that was transported with you will be subjected to some method of torture that is up to you and your DM. Some options include hanging, spikes, vat of boiling oil, Chinese water torture, or other methods that you and/or your Dungeon Master decide on.
Regardless of the method of torture, the targets will take the same amount of damage. Once per minute, if the target has 30 hit points or less, it is killed instantly. Otherwise, it takes 3d6 necrotic damage. The target can also make a Wisdom saving throw. If it succeeds, it is freed from the spell and is transported back to where it was before the spell was casted. If that space is occupied, then the target is transported to the nearest unoccupied space.
