Raskraadun's Somniterous Breath
3rd-level conjuration
Casting time: 1 action
Range: Self (20-foot cone)
Components: V, S, M (a piece of brass, shaped into a scale)
Duration: Instantaneous

You let out a breath of gas that intoxicates creatures into deep slumber. Each creature in a 20-foot cone must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or falls unconscious for 1 minute. This effect ends for a creature if the creature takes damage or someone uses an action to wake it.

Undeads and constructs are not affected by this spell.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the size of the cone increaseds by 10 feet for every two slot levels above 3rd.

A spell known as a creation of Raskraadun, the legendary silver dragon who mysteriously vanished after the Worlds Collide incident. Despite his heritage as a silver dragon, the spell simulates the breath of brass dragons. One notable theory is that the spell is dedicated to Thesixantis, the best friend of Raskraadun who is also a dragon herself, specifically brass dragon.
