Power Feats[edit]

Power feats are feats that allow the possesing character, who have ranks in a Power Skill to gain access to new ways to use their powers. These feats can only be taken when you have the Evolved feat and a character has enough ranks in the apropriate Power Skill.

Intuitive Aptitude Int 13+, Evolved, Power (empathy) 6 ranks You understand the structure and operation of complex systems without special education or training. However, it also compels you to understand as much as you can, resulting in a “hunger” which can manifest as a need for more powers.
Dual Power Cha 17+, Evolved, Increased Holding, Power (empathy) 18 ranks The character can manifest two powers that they are holding simultaneously.
Empathy Resistance Cha 15+, Evolved, Power (empathy) 15 ranks The character is resistant to the effects of any power that they are holding.
Increased Holding Cha 15+, Evolved, Power (empathy) 6 ranks The character can hold more powers at one time.
Ranged Empathy Cha 15+, Evolved, Power (empathy) 9 ranks The character can acquire powers at a range.
Feat Mimic Cha 13+, Evolved, Power (empathy) 12 ranks The character gains improvements on the powers they acquire.
Power Absorption Con 17+, Evolved, Power (empathy) 21 ranks The character can take the powers of others.
Fast Movement Dex 13+, Evolved, Power (speed) 6 ranks The character can move at extraordinary speeds.
Cloning Con 13+, Evolved, Power (illusion or body control) 6 ranks The character can make clones in her own image.
Shifting Con 15+, Evolved, Power (animal control or body control) 6 ranks The character can change shape.
Strong Arm Str 15+, Evolved, Power (strength) 9 ranks The character deals more damage with melee attacks.
Super Strength Str 13+, Evolved, Power (strength) 6 ranks The character gains additional strength bonuses.
Improved Power Evolved, One other Power Feat, Power (Any) 12 ranks The character can access his powers quicker.
Greater Power Evolved, Improved Power, Two other Power Feats, Power (Any) 21 ranks The character can access his powers even quicker.
Teleport Int 15+, Evolved, Power (space/time control) 15 ranks The character can use his space/time control abilities to relocate nearly anywhere.
Teleport Other Int 17+, Evolved, Teleport, Power (space/time control) 15 ranks The character can use his space/time control abilities to relocate others nearly anywhere.
Time Stop Int 15+, Evolved, Power (space/time control) 12 ranks The character can use his space/time control abilities to stop time.
Time Travel Int 17+, Evolved, Time Stop, Power (space/time control) 18 ranks The character can use his space/time control abilities to travel through time into the past or future.
Puppet Int 15+, Evolved, Power (mental control or telekinesis) 9 ranks The character can manipulate the actions of others.
Modify Memory Int 15+, Evolved, Power (mental control) 9 ranks The character can modify others memories.
Memory Edit Int 17+, Evolved, Power (mental control) 12 ranks The character can modify stronger memories and from a distance.
Leech Con 15+, Evolved, Power (healing or regeneration) 6 ranks The character can transfer the life force of others with touch.
Fear Strength Cha 15+, Evolved, Power (strength or emotion) 12 ranks The character gains power from those that are fearful.
Fear Cha 15+, Evolved, Power Skill (mental control or emotion) 9 ranks The character can cause another to feel emotions of extreme fear.
Metal Body Con 15+, Evolved, Power (energy control metal or alchemy) 9 ranks The character can cover his body in metal.
Lesser Magnetism Con 13+, Evolved, Power (energy control metal) 6 ranks The character can control metal to some degree.
Metal Projectiles Con 13+, Evolved, Power (energy control metal) 6 ranks The character can shoot metal from your hands.
Greater Magnetism Con 15+, Evolved, Lesser Magnetism, Power (energy control metal) 12 ranks The character can control metal to a greater degree.
Lie Detection Wis 15+, Evolved, Power (mental control or enhanced hearing) 9 ranks The character can detect the lies of others.
Clairvoyance Wis 15+, Evolved, Power (enhanced sight) 9 ranks The character can detect the location of others.
Precognitive Reflexes Wis 15+, Evolved, Power (accelerated probability or precognition) 6 ranks The character has enhanced reflexes.
Precognitive Defense Wis 15+, Evolved, Power (accelerated probability or precognition) 9 ranks The character has enhanced defenses.
Sonic Wave Con 15+, Evolved, Power (energy control sonic) 6 ranks The character can create sound waves.
Sound Mimic Con 15+, Evolved, Power (energy control sonic) 6 ranks The character can mimic any sound they have heard.
Power Suppression Int 17+, Evolved, Power (mental control) 15 ranks The character can suppress others powers.
Wall Climb Str 15+, Evolved, Power (body control or strength) 12 ranks The character can climb walls with ease.
Rapid Regeneration Con 15+, Evolved, Power (Regeneration) 9 ranks The character regenerates faster.
Advanced Alchemy Int 15+, Evolved, Power (alchemy) 6 ranks The character can turn objects into elements other than gold.
Superior Alchemy Int 17+, Evolved, Power (alchemy) 12 ranks The character can turn objects into chemical mixtures.
Alchemy Mastery Int 19+, Evolved, Power (alchemy) 18 ranks The character can turn objects into chemical compounds.
Power Focus Evolved, Power (any) 4 ranks The character excels in the use of their power.
Greater Power Focus Evolved, Power Focus, Power (any) 9 ranks The character excels further in the use of their power.
Radioactive Con 17+, Evolved, Power (energy control microwaves) 9 ranks The character is radioactive.
Melting Point Int 15+, Evolved, Power (alchemy) 9 ranks The character can turn objects that touch them into a puddle of there former self.
Anti-Matter Int 17+, Evolved, Power (alchemy) 6 ranks The character can turn objects into anti-matter causing an explosion.
Persuasion Cha 15+, Evolved, Power (illusion or emotion) 9 ranks The character can persuade others to do as they ask.
Clairsentience Wis 15+, Evolved, Power (precognition) 9 ranks The character can see the past of an object touched.
Precognitive Dreaming Wis 15+, Evolved, Power (precognition or enhanced sight) 12 ranks The character can dream of the future.
Precognitive Drawing Wis 15+, Evolved, Power (precognition or enhanced sight) 12 ranks The character can draw pictures of the future.
Adoptive Muscle Memory Con 15+, Evolved, Power (body control) 12 ranks The character can mimic the actions of others.

Power Control 25+ In atleast Three Ability scores have the Empathy power and atleast 15Ranks in it, and already be in prosession of Intuitive Aptitude Obtaining this allows the user even greater control over his powers.
Unnatural Movement Dex 15+, Evolved, Power (speed) 15 ranks The character can move with extraordinary speeds and cunning. Stabbing his enemy's in the back.
Water Acrobatic (D20 Modern Feat) Dex 15+, Evolved, Power (speed) 6 ranks The character can move so agile that she can pass surfaces such a water for a few feet.
Elemental Body Con 20+ Evolved, Power (Energy Control) 13Ranks Turns your body into your Chosen element
Reverse Gravity [Energy Control Gravity - 10ranks] [Allows the user to fly, or make other objects fly]
Ranged Energy control [Energy Control, ranks 8] [This allows for a character to make ranged attacks with his energy type]
Rock Barrier Evolved, power (Earth control) ranks 8 The character launches a mighty punch at the ground, forcing rocks to emerge from the ground and act as cover.
Tremor Evolved, power (Earth control) Strength 30+ Earth control ranks +15 Creates a Earthquake
Supersonic Evolved, power (Flight) 10+ ranks, 14+ DEX The character launches him/herself forward with a tremendous burst of speed. You may move at 5x normal Flight speed as a full-round action, as long as it is in a straight line.
Phase Defense Evolved, power (Phasing) 15+ ranks, 14+ CON With quick reflexes and enough skill in controlling your phasing power, you can phase out and in while in combat to avoid incoming attacks while still dealing a few blows yourself.
Adamantine Skeleton Power (Regeneration) Ranks 12, 20+ Str, 22+ Con Your skeletal system has undergone an incredibly painful procedure in order to produce an indestructible fame
Improved Telekinesis Evolved, Power (Telekinesis) Ranks 8, Concentration 12+ Ranks, 22+ Int You have the ability to move objects with your mind
X-Ray Vision Evolved, 15+ Int, 14+ Wis You have developed the ability to see through solid objects
Improved Weather Control Evolved, Power (Weather Control) Ranks 14, 22+ Wis, 18+ Int [Unleash the devastating power of the elements upon your foes]
