Phenix, The Creatures of Fire (5e Race)

As they met the world, send from an ancient plane of fire, they quickly overwhelmed the races, and burned most cities down. The natives flet and hid the next hundred years until a mystic warrior raised the humans to war against the fire birds. The battle lasted for several years, but were determined as the all races backed up the humans and the victory were their. Most Phoenix' flet back to their realm of fire, and never returned, but some of the most mighty sorcerers amongst them hid as humans, and lived on in small families far away from everything. These last centuries humans has calmed and a few brave young phoenix' has dared to leave their cave in their bird form, and went on an adventure
None really. They've abdobted the traditions of human to survive. And lives far from each other.
These ancient birds are not to underrestimated, as their flight through the world leaves burned trails of mighty fire. They've come from the ancient plane of fire, were fought and by so forced to flee, and only few are left.
Ability Score Increase. Dexterity increases by 2, and Intelligence increases by 1
Age. Phoenix' lives forever. As they die they'll reborn. No one really knows how Phoenix' breeds, but at some point they must. A Phoenix are "adult" at around 100 years old.
Alignment. Once they were brutal mighty creatures, with a lust for flesh, but as the ones which didnt flet adobted the human traditions, they got a little more humanoid, but are very suspesios creatures with a quick mind. Neutral/lawful neutral a lawful good has never been seen, but you might be the first.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 20 feet but in air your movement speed are 45. Gaining altitude are treated as a normal movement. 10f forward 10f up. You are enable to hang static in the air. You don't need to roll for landing on non-liquid surfaces, and to take off is treated as a normal dex test.
Your feathers are loaded with magic.. granting you resistance to piercing and slashing damage
Ready to be reborn.. Once every long rest, upon getting killed you'll be untargetable and invincible for two rounds as you rover to half health. While getting a rebirth you are unable to use spells, take any actions and can't move.
Magical Bloodline. Magic flows through you're veins, and you gain the Firebolt cantrip, aswell as you are enable to cast all spells that deals damage through fire (such as Firebolt and Scorching Ray) for the cost of one spellslot lower. (If spellslot level 2 required, you can cast it using a spellslot level 1).
Burning Touch. You are profecient with unarmed attack using your claws. These deals 1d4 fire damage. You can choose to hold an enemy to burn them for 1d4+2 pr. round as long as they're in your grasp.
Just a bird. You max health are reduced by 2 per lvl.
Languages. You can easily speak Infernal, but you might need to explain to the DM how you've come to talk common as well.
Subrace. None for now, I might make a Phoenix v 2 sometime.
