Chakra. Pakura has 35 chakra points which she can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest.

Evasion. When Pakura is targeted by an effect that allows her to make a Dexterity saving throw to take half damage on a success, she takes no damage on a success and half damage on a failure.

Multiattack. Pakura makes two unarmed strike or Extremely Steaming Murder Burn attacks.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d4 + 4) magical bludgeoning damage.

Demonic Lantern (1 Chakra). Ranged Spell Attack: +7 to hit, range 30 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d10 + 3) fire damage.

Bomb Blast Dance (5 Chakra). Each creature in a 30 ft. cone must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, a creature takes 10 (2d6 + 3) fire damage. On a success, they take half as much damage.

Incinerating Flare (12 Chakra). Each creature in a 10 ft. radius 40 ft. from Pakura must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 22 (4d8 + 3) fire damage and they gain 1 level of exhaustion on a failure. On a success, they only take half as much damage.

Great Blaze Ball (20 Chakra). Ranged Spell Attack: +7 to hit, range 100 ft., one target. Hit: 38 (6d10 + 3) fire damage and they must succeed a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or have their movement speed be reduced to 0 until the end of their next turn.

Petrifying Steam (14 Chakra). One creature within 90 ft. must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, becoming petrified for 1 minute on a failure. They may repeat this saving throw at the end of each of their turns, ending this effect early on a success.

Extremely Steaming Murder (32 Chakra). Pakura creates 3 blazing orbs that last for 1 minute (concentration).

Extremely Steaming Murder Burn. Ranged Spell Attack: +7 to hit, range 100 ft., one target. Hit: 38 (4d10 + 3) fire damage and they gain 1 level of exhaustion. A creature reduced to 0 hit points by this dies instantly as all the water inside its body evaporates, leaving it a mummified corpse and disintegrating all of their equipment unless it is magical. Using this action consumes 1/2 of an Extremely Steaming Murder orb.

A hero of the Hidden Sand Village, Pakura's might was renowned thanks to her mastery of the Scorch Style kekkei genkai. She stands by a strong moral code that often conflicted with the requirements of a ninja, including avoiding fighting or killing children, whether or not they are enemy shinobi, and holding a strong loyalty to friends, family, and her village. Her fighting style prioritizes overwhelming force and instant death. In her final mission, she was sent as an ambassador to the Hidden Mist Village. After being betrayed by the other ambassadors, her death was blamed on the Hidden Stone Village by Rasa in order to further the feud between the two villages.
