Ooze suit

Why, why do these exist?! -Morris, wandering adventurer who insulted an ooze suit and immediately regretted it.

Physical Description[edit]

The ooze suit looks like a robotic suit. Inside, however, it is fillled with black ooze.


The ooze suit was a creation of Jubilex. It allowed her minions to move more freely throughout the world. Unlike most oozes who gain sentience, this ooze realizes it's powered and is thankful to Jubilex. The suit wants to destroy and consume everything. It has a hatch on its stomach which it can open and move out of to avoid danger or to consume things with.


The ooze suits are not civilized creatures and don't live in communities, and prefer going rogue.

Ooze Suit Names[edit]

The ooze suits don't have individual genders, so their names are all pretty much the same.

Names: Glornx, Phlynx, Zlizz, Fermpt, Cluwnx.

Ooze Suit Traits[edit]

The ooze suit loves eating everything and everyone. Even if he joins a party of heroes it is just using them to get more food.
Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 2 and your Dexterity score increases by 1.
Age. They can live forever if allowed
Alignment. Chaotic neutral/evil neutral
Size. Ooze suits all have the same heights, 6'1". Your size is Medium.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 25 feet, and your climbing speed is 5 ft.
Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Consumption. As an action, one Small or Tiny creatures within 5 ft. of you must attempt a DC 8 + your Strength modifier + your Proficiency bonus Strength saving throw. On a failure, they are trapped inside your suit for 1 minute, during which they take 1d4 acid damage at the beginning of each of their turns and are restrained. They may retry this saving throw at the end of each of their turns, ending this effect early on a success. You may use this a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier, regaining all uses at the end of each of your turns.
Escape Pod. You can open the hatch and ooze out of your suit, but your speed is reduced to 15 ft., your type changes from Construct to Ooze, and any non-magical objects within 5 ft. of you take 1d6 acid damage at the beginning of each of your turns. You may end this as an action while in the space you left your suit.
Poison is food. When you take poison damage, you instead gain an equal number of temporary hit points.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and one other language of your choice.
