This class was created as part of the Player Equivalent CR variant rule using the Naruto: Shinobi (5e Class) class, and Genin (5e Background) background, and as such is not follow traditional CR.

Chakra. Mei has 35 chakra points which she can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest.

Evasion. When Mei is targeted by an effect that allows her to make a Dexterity saving throw to take half damage on a success, she takes no damage on a success and half damage on a failure.


Multiattack. Mei makes two unarmed strike attacks.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d4 + 4) magical bludgeoning damage.

Melting Apparition (1 Chakra). Ranged Spell Attack: +7 to hit, range 10 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) acid damage.

Steam Jet (1 Chakra). Each creature in a 10 foot cone must attempt a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 10 (1d12 + 4) fire damage on a failure or half as much on a success.

Radiant Steam (5 Chakra). Each creature in a 30 ft. radius makes a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 15 (2d10 + 4) fire damage on a failure or half as much damage on a success.

Corrosive Jet (8 Chakra). Each creature in a 60 ft. line must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 24 (5d8 + 4) acid damage on a failure. Half as much damage on a success.

Petrifying Steam (14 Chakra). One creature within 90 ft. must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, becoming petrified for 1 minute on a failure. They may repeat this saving throw at the end of each of their turns, ending this effect early on a success.

Corrosive Explosion (20 Chakra). Each creature in a 60 foot radius up to 90 feet away from Mei must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 44 (8d8 + 4) damage, pushing the creature to the edge of the radius, and falling prone on a failure. On a success, they only take half as much damage.

After her predecessor Yagura's death, Mei Terumi worked tirelessly as Mizukage to reform the Hidden Mist Village's barbarous, aggressive ways. Due to her village's restrictive council, she would occasionally request assistance from shinobi from other villages to achieve what she herself could not for the sake of peace between the village. Her bodyguard Chojuro would ultimately succeed her.
