Magic Infused (5e Race)
From D&D Wiki
They are people that have been infused with magic either through a sorcerer/wizard experimenting on a baby's brain or a monster putting it's magical essence into a child's brain. Unfortunately the downside to being magically infused is they seem to lose all of their original racial perks. The only way to tell that a person has been infused with magical energy is their glowing eyes. They can identify other magically infused beings with their magic eyes.
They do not have a history but many become Evil villains.
