Mage Slayer[edit]

Mage slayers are the ultimate bane of magic users. They receive martial training, and are also subjected to various magical procedures and treatments meant to give them an edge over magic users. This process also, unexpectedly, grants them a few spells that they may cast innately. Once their training is complete, the Mage Slayer is free to pursue their goals, though they usually end up simply hunting evil spellcasters.

Making a Mage Slayer[edit]

Mage Slayers, while most effective fighting spellcasters, can also fare quite well in the role of a fighter, or maybe even providing minor magic support.

Abilities: As they are mainly martial characters, Mage Slayers will want to focus mainly on Strength, Constitution, and Dexterity, to help improve their combat. Charisma is also important, as that is their primary spellcasting stat.

Races: All races can be Mage Slayers, though races that are well known for having a natural affinity for magic are much less likely than those that aren't, such as Dwarves, and Humans.

Alignment: Any.
