From D&D Wiki
A Lycanthrope that enters a Lycanthropic Paragon seeks to increase the power he gains from his inner beast.
Making a Lycanthropic Paragon
Lycanthropic Paragons gain strength, dexterity, and constitution in this class. They channel their inner beast and use the power of the moon to their advantage. They slowly become immune to silver, and gain more resistances and strengths.

Playing a Lycanthropic Paragon
Religion: Lycanthropic Paragons tend to revere deities of nature or of their animal base.
Other Classes: Nature themed classes (Druid, Ranger, etc.) would be most comfortable around Lycanthropic Paragons. Fighter and Rogue type classes would be okay to an extent around Lycanthropic Paragons. Mages and Psions would likely lump this Paragon type in with hired muscle or similar treatment.
Combat: As Fighter.
Advancement: Lycanthropic Paragons tend to take warrior or rogue base classes, possibly prestige classes that bolster their lycanthropic strengths.
Lycanthropic Paragons in the World
This class fits well with settings that do indeed have Lycanthropes in the campaign setting.
Daily Life: The night time provides better than the day since they are at their strongest during the night. As such, they are likely to be nocturnal individuals.
Organizations: Lycans tend to congregate into clans or tribes of their kin, providing they can get along.
NPC Reactions: As Lycanthrope.
Lycanthropic Paragon Lore
Characters with ranks in Knowledge (Nature) can research Lycanthropic Paragons to learn more about them. When a character makes a skill check, read or paraphrase the following, including information from lower DCs.
|5||"They are similar to Lycanthropes that were bit."|
|10||"Lycanthropic Paragons are most similar to Afflicted Lycanthropes" + basics about afflicted lycanthropes.|
|15||Lycanthropic Paragons were bitten by another Lycantrhope. Yet somehow they were able to control their affliction and learn to fight using their affliction as an extension of themselves.|
|20||A notable Lycanthropic Paragon and their last known location.|
Lycanthropic Paragon in the Game
NPCs of this class would be good for nomdaic settings, though they can exist about anywhere. PCs playing this class would likely be a flavored alternative to the fighter type classes.
Sample Encounter: "A nomadic village of what appeared to be humans revealed its true nature when the moon rose that evening, the entire tribe transformed before your very eyes into a wolven humanoid. They collectively howl to the moon before taking off at a fast pace."
