Saving Throws Dexterity +9, Constitution +8
Evasion. The lazer man can nimbly dodge out of the way of certain area effects, such as a red dragon’s fiery breath or an ice storm spell. When the lazer man is subjected to an effect that allows him to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, he instead takes no damage if he succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if he fails.
Protective Helmet. In addition to having advantage on saving throws against being blinded or deafened, the lazer man doesn't need to breathe and is able to survive in a vacuum.
Laser Rifle. Ranged Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, range 150/450 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (3d8 + 5) radiant damage.
Laser Saber. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (3d8 + 5) radiant damage.
Multiattack. The lazer man makes three attacks.
Point Defense. The lazer man reduces the damage of a ranged attack that would hit him to 0.
