Lava Break When below half health 'Ala'i can shed it's "shell" of lava increasing speed and reversing its DEX and STR modifiers
Mine On a 20 or higher 'Ala'i performs something similar to a grapple with it's mouth holding on to the creature with ever so slightly increasing pressure. The creature must make a STR roll against 'Ala'i's STR on a fail the creature is considered grappled until their next turn where they may attempt to escape or take 3d6+4 Piercing damage +1d6 for every round they are in 'Ala'i's mouth. During this time however 'Ala'i can't make an attack with it's mouth without letting go of the creature it's holding

Ala'i is the name given to the creature by locals, meaning "Awake". 'ala'i is known for it's amazing attachment to it's treasure. Snapping awake whenever it senses someone near it.
