Multiattack. The Lahmu makes three attacks, one with its appendage, one with its bite, and one ram attack.
Appendage. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (2d12 + 7) piercing damage.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 25 (3d12 + 9) piercing damage.
Ram. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: X (4d12 + 11) bludgeoning damage.
The Lahmu is a creature that was once a member of the humanoid races that was corrupted by the Sea of Life, or directly created by the Beast, Tiamat. It is no longer able to communicate properly, only capable of making gargled laughing noises. Its body has a habit of twitching and contorting in unnatural ways, and a single one of its appendages as effective at piercing as a spear.
