The Allotted Lachesis is the middle, the bridge, the second of the Fates. She traces the thread of life of all living things, and knows precisely of their lifespans at the current moment. She knows all of what has happened to a creature within the last hour of its life and most of what will happen in its next.

One Eye. Between the Fates, there is only one eye. They must share between The Eye of Parce, and without it, Lachesis is unable to cast spells that require line of sight beyond her blindsight, and makes actions as if under the blindness effect.

One Voice. Between the Fates, there is only one voice. They must share between them The Tooth of the Graeae, and without it, Lachesis cannot cast spells that require verbal components or speak.

Maiden, Matron, and Crone. Given the nature of the Fates, they are not able to truly die. While their form can be destroyed and the soul of that vessel taken, the essence of the Fates must continue. If Lachesis parishes, then a random middle aged humanoid female from the Material Plane will be enveloped by the Fates essence. She will gain all the abilities and memories of Lachesis, and will immediately begin searching for a way to renter the Abyssal Plane or whatever Plane Clotho and Atropos are currently located on.

Legendary Resistance (3/day).If Lachesis fails a save, she can choose to succeed instead.

Innate Spell-caster. Clotho can cast spells without material components and is an 18th level spell-caster (Spell Save 17, +9 SCA). They can cast the following spells:

Dispel Magic, Blinding Smite, Counterspell (5/day each)

Dominate Person, Modify Memory (3/day each)

Time Stop (1/day)

ACTIONS

Multiattack Atropos makes either three weapon attacks or one Gifted Summon action and one weapon attack per round.

Thread Ranged Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 30/60 ft., one target. Hit: 23 (4d8 + 3) slashing damage.

Gifted Summon Using this Action, Atropos can summon either The Eye or The Tooth from one of her sisters. This action does not break any concentrations spells previously cast by the previous holder of either item.

Cost of a Lifetime (3/day)Lachesis can attempt to locate a creature within a 30ft radius of her. If she locates a creature, she can choose to half its Hit Points at the cost of lowering her own health by half of the amount taken.

LEGENDARY ACTIONS

The can take 5 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Gifted Summon (1 Action) Using this Action, Lachesis can summon either The Eye or The Tooth from one of her sisters. This action does not break any concentrations spells previously cast by the previous holder of either item.

Saving Throw (1 action) Lachesis's gains advantage on her next saving throw.

I Will Not Die (3 actions) If Lachesis is reduced to 0 Hit Points the turn before and as actions to spare, she can roll a raw luck roll (DC 15) to either regain 50 Hit Points if they succeed or die instantly if they fail.

Summon Corpus Speculo (4 Actions) Lachesis, with assisted legendary actions from Clotho and Atropos, can create a perfect copy of a creature that is currently hostile to them. This creature is only loyal to the Fates, cannot be charmed, and has its initiative order begin the turn after the players turn it was summoned on. After it is killed, it and all items on it turn to ash.
