Secret Technique: Black Iron (20 Chakra). Any creatures of his choice within 30 ft. of him must succeed a DC 15 Strength or Dexterity saving throw as he reshapes 5 cubic feet of metal around them. On a failure, they are restrained. They may reattempt this saving throw at the end of each of their turns, ending this effect on a success. A creature may end this jutsu’s effect as an action. Incredibly taciturn and silent, Metoro Konjiki was able to use the incredibly rare Steel Style kekkei genkai. Despite this an his incredible strength, he acted as a terrorist in a small nation bordering the Land of Wind and Land of Stone, particularly in destroying large buildings and merchant ships after the Fourth Shinobi World War. It wasn't until Gaara, the Fifth Kazekage, killed him that he was stopped.
