Kabutowari's Wielder (5e Creature)

Medium humanoid (Human), lawful neutral
Chakra. Kabutowari's wielder has 25 chakra points which he can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest.
Endurance. When Kabutowari's wielder is targeted by an effect that allows him to make a Constitution saving throw to take half damage on a success, he takes no damage on a success and half damage on a failure.
Multiattack. Kabutowari's wielder can make 2 unarmed strike or Kabutowari attacks.
Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d4 + 4) magical slashing damage.
Kabutowari. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8+ 4) magical slashing or bludgeoning damage.
Double Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d6 + 4) magical slashing damage and the target must succeed a DC 17 Strength saving throw or have their AC be decreased by -2 for 24 hours. A creature can only be subject to this once every 24 hours.
Hidden Mist Jutsu (7 Chakra). A 40 ft. radius around Kabutowari's Wielder is covered in a dense fog for 1 minute or until a wind of moderate or greater speed (at least 10 miles per hour) disperses it. This area counts as heavily obscured after beyond a 5 ft. radius for any creature that is not a member of the Seven Swordsmen of the Hidden Mist or has the Naruto:_Shinobi_(5e_Class)#Path_of_the_Assassin
One of the legendary blades of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist, Kabutowari is a two handed weapon consisting of an axe and hammer that are connected by a metal rope at the base of each handle. Also known as the Helmsplitter, this weapon is particular effective at shredding armor off an enemy.
