Multiattack. Judgement can make up to 4 attacks whenever they take the attack action.

Spear of Judgement. Ranged Weapon Attack: +24 to hit, reach 120 ft., one target. Hit: 75 (10d8 + 30) piercing damage + 22 (5d8) radiant damage. The spear comes back to them after every attack, no action required.

Judgement can make an opportunity attack whenever a creature moves within a 30 ft reach of them using their spear.

The Judgement can take 5 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Judgement regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Judgement is a deity that seeks balance between life and death. They will tip the scales towards either end to ensure the balance. When fighting, they prefer to not kill unless the creatures they are fighting are disrupting the balance.
