Physical Description[edit]

In the reckonings of most worlds, humans are the youngest of the common races, late to arrive on the world scene and short-lived in comparison to dwarves, elves, and dragons. Perhaps it is because of their shorter lives that they strive to achieve as much as they can in the years they are given. Or maybe they feel they have something to prove to the elder races, and that’s why they build their mighty empires on the foundation of conquest and trade. Whatever drives them, humans are the innovators, the achievers, and the pioneers of the worlds.

Indentured humans, however, dedicate their short lives to protecting those who they owe their life to, whether by creed, marriage, birthright, whatever have you.

The indentured are a subset of humans who have sworn loyalty to a creed, a group, or an individual person. Consider who you are sworn to and why you are sworn to this individual. Consider what you will be doing in their name and how you will manage to protect them.

Were you saved by them in the past and now owe your life to them?

Are they your creator and, or mother or father?

Is it your child?

Attitudes and Beliefs[edit]

Indentured are, by their very nature, the most loyal of humans. There is little to question when a master gives their orders besides for how quickly they would like a task to be accomplished.

Indentured Names[edit]

Names of the Indentured are given by those to whom you are sworn to. Instead of believing what a fitting name for your character would be, instead think of what your character would be called by their master.

Male: Lent, Halaka, Bert

Female: Helga, Alice, Marianne
