Calling upon the raw energies of Baator, you cause a storm of hellish fires to rain down on your enemies. Choose a point within range. Each creature in a 20-foot radius must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 10d8 points of fire damage or half as much on a failed saving throw. The damage ignores fire resistance and treats fire immunity as fire resistance.
