Similar to Roshi, Han is a Hidden Stone Village Jinchuriki who's Tailed Beast, in this case Kokuō, grants him a technique that can increase his physical abilities without even tapping into his Jinchuriki powers. This Vapor Style: Unrivaled Strength jutsu typically costs a large amount of chakra to maintain, but thanks to his steam armor, he is able to store and magnify the steam he produces to increase his strength and dexterity. Despite his intimidating appearance, he is actually quite friendly, and as such has befriended Kokuō, he is able to switch between this and his base form at will.
