Ghost Dancer[edit]

Quick Build

You can make a Ghost Dancer quickly by following these suggestions. First, Charisma should be your highest ability score, followed by Dexterity and Constitution. Second, choose any background. Third, choose a battle whip (1d8, 10 ft reach), hide armor, two hand cross bows, a disguise kit, a dancer's pack, a crystal ball, cloak, dagger, and a blindfold.

Class Features

As a Ghost Dancer you gain the following class features.

Hit Points

Hit Dice: 1d8 per Ghost Dancer level
Hit Points at 1st Level: 1d8 + Constitution modifier
Hit Points at Higher Levels: 1d8 (or 5) + Constitution modifier per Ghost Dancer level after 1st

Proficiencies

Armor: Light, Medium up to scale mail
Weapons: Simple, Finesse, and Martial Ranged Weapons
Tools: Makeup kit, Crystal ball, dancer’s kit
Saving Throws: Charisma, Constitution
Skills: Choose two from, Acrobatics, History, Insight, Nature, Perception, Performance, Religion, and Sleight of Hand.

Equipment

You start with the following equipment, in addition to the equipment granted by your background:

  • (a) battle whip (1d8 slashing, 10 ft. reach, finesse) or (b) Any simple weapon or (c) A longbow and 20 arrows and leather armor
  • (a) Hide armor or (b) Scale Mail or (c) Leather armor
  • (a) 2 Hand Crossbows or (b) Heavy Crossbow
  • (a) Performer's Pack or (b) Disguise Kit
  • A crystal ball, dagger, a cloak, and a blindfold
  • If you are using starting wealth, you have 5d4x10 in funds.

Ability Score Improvement[edit]

When you reach 4th level, and again at 8th, 12th, 16th and 19th level, you can increase one ability score of your choice by 2, or you can increase two ability scores of your choice by 1. As normal, you can't increase an ability score above 20 using this feature.
