Equipment's Bond (5e Feat)

Prerequisites: 10 levels or more in the Fighter class
You have a special ability to relate to your equipment, this has led you to have a spiritual bond with it. You get the following traits:
-On a long rest, you can select a weapon and armor to pair with. He cannot be disarmed from a weapon with the lasso, nor can his armor be removed against his will unless he is incapacitated. Additionally, you can summon a linked weapon into your hand as a bonus action. This bond lasts until you die, break the bond (No action required) or bond in this way with another weapon or armor (Correspondingly).
-You can perform a ritual to turn a linked non-magical weapon or armor into +1 equipment. You cannot use this feature again until after a long rest, at which point this effect will fade.
