Massive destruction. The worm can enter the space of any creature that are large or smaller. A creature wich space it enters then must make a DC 25 Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check. On a succes the creature can make a standing jump. If it is still in the worms space the target is prone and graplled by the worm until it moves. Additionally the creature takes 55 (10d10) bludgeon damage.

ACTIONS

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 44 (8d10) slashing damage and if the creature is medium or smaller it is grappled (escape DC 25.
Swallow. The worm makes a bite attack against one creature it has grappled. It then swallows the creature. A swallowed creature is in a 2.5 foot radius circular area with acid in and full cover from outside. A creature it has swallowed are blinded as long as it is swallowed an takes 22 (4d10) acid damage at the start of each of its turns. If the worm takes 25 or more damage from creatures it has swallowed in a single round it must succeed on a DC 20 Constitution save or spit all creatures it has swallowed out at random locations within 5 feet of its head.

Frightfull. Any creature of the worms choice that starts its turn within 150 feet of it must succeed on a DC 24 Wisdom save or become frightened of the worm.

ACTIONS

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +18 to hit, reach 30 ft., all creatures in a 15 feet radius circle centered within range. Hit: 53 (8d10 + 9) bludgeon damage and 44 (8d10) slashing damage.
Swallow. The worm makes a bite attack with the following changes: Creatus in the area must make a DC 28 Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) to avoid the slashing damage. On a failed save the creature takes the slashing damage and is swallowed. A swallowed creature enters its stomach wich is a 10 feet radius circular space filled with acid. Creatures in its stomach are blinded until leaving its stomach and takes 33 (6d10) acid damage at the start of each of its turns. If the worm takes 50 or more damage from creatures inside its stomach in a single round it must make a DC 20 Constitution savingthrow or spit out the creatures inside it at random locations within 20 feet of it. If the save against this attack is succeeded the creature only takes the bludgeon damage and isnt swallowed.

LEGENDARY ACTIONS

The worm can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The worm regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

The swallowed creature is in a 40 foot radius circular area covered filled with acid. A swallowed creature are in full cover from any attack from outside the worm and are blinded as long as it is in the worm. If the worm takes 100 or more damage in a single round from creatures within the worm it must make a DC 20 Constitution savingthrow or spit out the creatures inside it at random locations within 20 feet of it. On a succes the creature can make a standing jump. If it is still in the worms space the target is prone and graplled by the worm until it moves. Additionally the creature takes 220 (40d10) bludgeon damage.
Frightfull. Any creature of the worms choice that starts its turn within 400 feet of it must succeed on a DC 29 Wisdom save or become frightened of the worm.

A swallowed creature are in full cover from any attack from outside the worm and are blinded as long as it is in the worm.
