Physical Description[edit]

Dracial can be any human race, but they have white hair, and paler skin along with eyes colored like an icy shade of blue.

You were a human child(age of 6 to 8), by some miracle when an ice dragon tried to kill you with his icy breath it transferred some of its power to you by accident. You were completely covered by ice for many years until you had grown up (age of 16) within the ice and shattered it, only you weren't in the ice for only a decade but for centuries. As far as you know nothing has changed, just that you had grown up without realizing.

Cause it happens so rarely, almost nothing is known about society of these weird abominations.

Dracial Names[edit]

Most of the time they keep the name their human parents had given them, but sometimes they change it to something more draconic.

Dracial Traits[edit]

Dracial are humans which were accidentally granted certain abilities by a powerful ice dragon which would change their lives forever.
Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 2 and one other score of your choice increases by 1.
Age. Being human they have about the same life expectancy as humans but life approximately 60 years longer cause their blood runs slower, they also start showing the effects of old age later than normal humans.
Alignment. Depending on which dragon granted them their powers, if it was a White Dragon you lean toward Chaotic Evil, if it was a Silver Dragon you lean towards Lawful Good.
Size. They are about the same size and weight as humans but are slightly shorter and much heavier.
Speed. Because of your blood you move slower, you have a movement speed of 20.
Dragon Meditation. When you take a long rest, you spend 6 hours in an inactive, motionless state. You appear unconscious, but can see or hear as normal. During this state a psychic link between you and the dragon that attacked you becomes apparent, the dragon may talk to you (up to your DM) but isn't aware of the connection at first, the dragon can take control of your body but can't make you do anything you really don't want to.
Elemental Adaption. Cause you survived in ice for such a long time, whenever you are in a terrain of snow or ice, you automatically succeed on checks against Ice or Snow (Thin Ice, Slippery Ice, Etc). You are vulnerable to magical fire but immune to non-magical fire.
Cold Touch. You can freeze any small bodies of liquid you touch or are in indirect contact with within 15ft of you. Additionally, your unarmed strikes deal 1d4 cold damage.
Unstable Magic. Whenever you use magic for the first time each day, make a DC12(15 at 9th) Constitution Saving Throw, if you succeed your magic works as normal, if you fail your magic powers don’t work and you take 2d(your level) cold damage and you can try again on your next turn.
Dracial Magic. You know the Ray of Frost cantrip and can cast it at will. Starting at 3rd level, you can cast Glacial Floor once. At 6th level, you can cast Glacial Spear once. At 9th level, you can cast Aurial's Glacial Blast once. At 12th level, you can cast Frost Nova once. You regain the ability to cast these spells after completing a Long Rest, Constitution is your spellcasting ability for these spells. Whenever you cast one of these spells, you take damage equal to the damage shown in the Self Damage Table.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common, and a language of your choice.
