Small humanoid (Human), lawful evil
Chakra. Dosu has 15 chakra points which he can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest.
Multiattack. Dosu can make 2 unarmed strike or Resonating Echo Drill attacks.
Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) bludgeoning damage.
Resonating Echo Drill (5 Chakra). Ranged Spell Attack: +6 to hit, range 45 ft., one target. Hit: The target must spend their next action violently vomiting. This has disadvantage to hit against creatures larger than Medium, and does not have disadvantage against creatures within 5 ft.
Resonating Echo Return (2 Chakra). As a bonus action immediately after a failed unarmed strike or Resonating Echo Drill attack, the target must succeed a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or take 5 (1d4 + 3) thunder damage.
Like the rest of his team, Dosu Kinuta makes use of a piece of experimental, sound-based technology, in his case a large, bell-like sound amplifier on his right arm. As Sound shinobi, Team Dosu were ordered to watch and test Sasuke during his Chunin Exam when Orochimaru could not.
