Amphibious. The Dopefish is amphibious and can breathe on land and in water.
Multiattack. The Dopefish makes two Swim actions, then one Hungry action.
Swim. The Dopefish moves up to 10 feet on land, or 20 feet in water. Then, the Dopefish makes a Melee Unarmed Attack with +4 to hit, a reach of 5ft, with one target. Hit: 6 (1d6+3) bludgeoning damage.
Hungry. Melee Unarmed Attack. +4 to hit, one target. Hit: 9 (2d6+3) damage and the target is restrained with an Escape DC of 13. The Dopefish cannot use this action again while restraining a creature.
