Class Features[edit]

Spellcasting: At each level each level, you gain new spells per day (and spells known, if applicable) and an increase in caster level as if you had also gained a level in one arcane spellcasting class and one divine spellcasting class to which you belonged before adding the prestige class level. You do not, however, gain any other benefit a character of that class would have gained. If you had more than one divine or arcane spellcasting class before becoming a Divine Theurge, you must decide to which class to add each level for the purpose of determining spells per day, caster level, and spells known.

Spells: To cast a particular spell, you must meet the requirements of the class which the spell list is derived.

Bonus Feat: At 1st, 4th, and 8th levels, a Divine Theurge gains a bonus feat. This feat can be selected from the following list (all prerequisites must be met before taking feat): Any metamagic feat, any item-creation feat, Arcane Defense1, Augmented Summoning, Battle Caster, Combat Casting, Empower Turning, Eschew Materials, Extra Turning, Greater Spell Focus1, Greater Spell Penetration, Improved Counterspell, Improved Turning, Magical Aptitude, Practiced Spellcaster1, Quicken Turning, Sacred Healing, Spell Focus1, Spell Master1, Spell Penetration 1You may take this feat multiple times. Each time you apply benefit to new target. You can not use feat on same target twice.

Concentrated Spellcasting: In order to better understand and focus his magical powers the Divine Theurge must sacrifice some divine and arcane spells. He chooses ten prohibited cleric domains. The spells listed on a prohibited domain's spell list are treated like spells belonging to a prohibited school of arcane magic. He must also choose one more prohibited school of arcane magic. In exchange He begins to break the barriers between divine and arcane.

Combined Spellcasting: Beginning at 3rd level, when the Divine Theurge casts from his list of known arcane spells or list of granted divine spells, his effective caster level is the sum of all of his spellcasting classes(even if this exceeds his character level).

'Forged Spellcasting: Begging at 6th level, a Divine Theurge breaks the barrier between divine and arcane. If he runs out of prepared spell slots for divine our arcane, he can use a slot from the other class to prepare the spell. For instance, A cleric/wizard/divine-theurge may use a wizard spell slot to prepare a cleric spell. The spell level takes up a slot of the same level.

Innate Spellcasting: A Divine Theurge 9th level or higher can now spontaneously convert any prepared spell into any spell he knows from his specialized school of magic of equal level or into any spell from his domain spell lists of equal level.
