Here's the problem. My dwarf warrior fell on Battle, -5 hp. That turn i did my stable roll and had luck, 10%, si i won't loss more hp. But, monster's attack had an effect which required a fortitude roll, which i failed, causing me to loss 1 CON, and that changed my bonus from +3 to +2. Question is: should i loss 7hp (my Level), causing me total death at -12, or those hp should be taken from my Max hp, and i would be still on -5 hp and stable? Thanks a lot

I'm not 100% sure what you're asking, but...
The SRD says "If a character’s Constitution score drops, then he loses 1 hit point per Hit Die for every point by which his Constitution modifier drops. A hit point score can’t be reduced by Constitution damage or drain to less than 1 hit point per Hit Die. "
So if you are already in negative hit points, Con drain/damage isn't going to further reduce your hit points.
