Need help explaining how to multiclass Paladin and Dragon Knight classes[edit]

Which dragon knight do you mean, the homebrew one at Dragon Knight (3.5e Class)? I took a quick look and it doesn't seem balanced.
You say you want to multiclass the two classes, but then say you want to make a new class, can we be clear on which it is?
