Dark Feline (3.5e Class)

This is a class that can only be taken by the Shadowcat race. This is a class meant to give a feline race the strength to keep up with the average PC.
Making a Dark Feline
A Dark Feline tends to not care about most of the party, only their companions. They are more like a bodyguard.
Alignment: The same as Shadowcat.
Starting Gold: Shadowcats do not collect gold.
Starting Age: Shadowcats usually start their journey at age 5, but can spend the rest of their life traveling and discovering new places.

Class Skills (4 + Int modifier per level, ×4 at 1st level)
All of the following are class features of the Dark Feline.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: A Dark Feline is not proficient in any form of weapon or armor.
Spells: Dark Felines choose their spells from the following list: All teleportation spells must be entered and exited through shadows.
Locate (Ex): A Dark Feline can locate their Companion after an extended rest(8+ hours) as a free action.
Transform (Ex): At level 1 as a full round action a Dark Feline is able to transform into a medium sized feline(refered to as their Monstrous form) once per week, as if under the influence of the Transformation spell. This number is increased to 2 times at level 5, 3 times at level 10, 4 times at level 15, and 5 times at level 20. While Transformed he is almost a new character, you may create a new sheet with new feats for his Monstrous self.
Loyalty Bonus (Ex): at level 3 a Dark Feline gains a +3 bonus to attacks and damage done to defend his Companion.
Uncanny Dodge (Ex):Starting at 3rd level, a Dark Feline can react to danger before his senses would normally allow him to do so. He retains his Dexterity bonus to AC (if any) even if he is caught flat-footed or struck by an invisible attacker. However, he still loses her Dexterity bonus to AC if immobilized
Improved Evasion (Ex): This ability works like evasion, except that while he still takes no damage on a successful Reflex saving throw against attacks henceforth he henceforth takes only half damage on a failed save. A helpless Dark Feline does not gain the benefit of improved evasion.
Shadow Reveal (Ex): starting at level 10 the Dark Feline can see invisible creatures as if he had the see invisibility spell.
Transform Dire (Ex): at level 17 a Dark Feline can transform into a Dire version of their Monstrous form once a week. This number increases to 2 times at level 19, and one more time per 2 levels.
Eternal Shade (Ex): A Dark Feline of 20th level forever remains, as he is then, a immense shadow of his former self. He stops aging and will no longer die when he reaches his maximum age
