Child Of Cosmos (5e Race)
From D&D Wiki
Child Of Cosmos
Born by pure magic, this race seems like elves, although they also look like humans, but are neither. They are few and always take important part in the shape of the word itself, for good or evil
These elf/human like creatures, are taller than their counterparts, usually looking like their parents, which aren't a Child of Cosmos, thus Drows could have a son blessed by Cosmos, they would look like a Drow, but taller, and their eyes change color depending on their humor, when calm they don't have a proper color, but looks like you could see the universe inside, when anger, their eyes become red as fire, and when happy they became green like the grass
Since the birth of life there was magic, which alter the shape of the world itself, a force so powerful that could imbue life with it, thus were born the first Child of Cosmos, a being with a deep understanding of magic and the world. The magic gave them unnatural reflex and strength, making them a brave and proud people, but everything comes with a price. They are sterile, and none can understand a Child of Cosmos, leadind them to a perpetual loneliness. They are the legendary warriors, monks and wizards from tales, who power and courage changed the tides of battle, usually following the desire of Cosmos, but some would rebel themselves from their destiny, fleeing from the Laws of Order and Balance, and forging their own destiny, sometimes as villains, tyrants, but sometimes as heroes of no alignment to kingdoms, following the call of the wind to wherever needed aid. It's said that anyone can have a child blessed by the Cosmos, and this happens in times of need, even if it seems that they're sons of gods, given they fire resistance, and domain of the forces of fire
Because there are few of these folks per eons, they can go unnoticed in regular society, but when revealed they're highly estimated, and many come to ask for aid or to take advantage, seldom they became rulers of kingdoms after saving them, or take high posts in government, given their own nature of being attracted to the nature and the wild.
