Azorius was a human who had the ability to consume souls, at the cost of sacrificing his own soul. Every soul he had ever consumed merged into a single “Colossal Soul,” and he became a Shade, a powerful humanoid aberration capable of great feats. To increase his own power, he has started making contracts, just like a devil, contracts that either end up giving their soul to Azorius or make them twisted servants one way or another that are forced to serve him.
