Atropus Vampire[edit]

A vampire touched by the evil of Atropus, the world born dead, is a terrible foe. Any vampire that becomes touched by its evil, either by direct contact, a fragment of it, or a powerfull spell, becomes a Vampire of Atropus.

Making an Atropus Vampire[edit]

Atropus Vampires are always Neutral Evil, and revel in ending the lives of living beings. They are true monsters that serve in even greater darkness, thus they dont get along with anyone that shows even the slightest sense of good. While vampires that are converted to Atropus Vampires arn't as powerful as ones naturally created by Atropus, they are still quite dangerous. Especially in a one on one battle.

Class Features[edit]

Distant Blood Drain: A Atropus Vampire has the unique ability to drain blood at a distance. He makes the normal grapple check, but at a maximum range of 30ft. Doing so provokes an attack of opportunity, and continues to provoke one each round. If the grapple check is successfull, the creature's blood is ripped through it's skin and to the Atropus Vampire, dealing 1d6 Con damage a round. Each round requires a new grapple check. Anyone grappled by this ability is considered helpless.

Enhanced Turn Resistance: A Atropus Vampire gains additional turn resistance equal to his Charisma modifier.

Enhanced Distant Blood Drain: At this point the Atropus Vampire may now grapple two creatures at the same time with his distant blood drain ability. Doing so requires two grapple checks however.
