The Inflexible. Atropos is the end, the final step, the last of the Fates. She knows the death of all creatures, where they will die, as well as the intimidate consequences of that death. She can gift the nature of a creatures death if it asks her, or she can bestow it upon them as a curse if she touches them on the forehead

One Eye. Between the Fates, there is only one eye. They must share between The Eye of Parce, and without it, Atropos is unable to cast spells that require line of sight beyond her blindsight, and makes actions as if under the blindness effect.

One Voice. Between the Fates, there is only one voice. They must share between them The Tooth of the Graeae, and without it, Atropos cannot cast spells that require verbal components or speak.

Maiden, Matron, and Crone. Given the nature of the Fates, they are not able to truly die. While their form can be destroyed and the soul of that vessel taken, the essence of the Fates must continue. If Atropos parishes, then a random elderly humanoid female from the Material Plane will be enveloped by the Fates essence. She will gain all the abilities and memories of Atropos, and will immediately begin searching for a way to renter the Abyssal Plane or whatever Plane Clotho and Lachesis are currently located on.

Legendary Resistance (3/day).If Atropos fails a save, she can choose to succeed instead.

Multiattack Atropos makes either three weapon attacks or one Gifted Summon action and one weapon attack per round.

Scissors Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (2d10 + 5) magical piercing damage.

Gifted Summon Using this Action, Atropos can summon either The Eye or The Tooth from one of her sisters. This action does not break any concentrations spells previously cast by the previous holder of either item.

Death is Near (3/day) Atropos can attempt to find a creature within a 30ft radius of her that has lower than 25HP. If she finds one, she can instantly move up to the creature without provoking an attack of opportunity and instantly lower it to 0HP. The creature must make a Dexterity Saving Throw DC 20 to avoid this attack. If the target saves, they avoid all damage and can then take an attack of opportunity.

The can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Gifted Summon (1 Action) Using this Action, Atropos can summon either The Eye or The Tooth from one of her sisters. This action does not break any concentrations spells previously cast by the previous holder of either item.

Saving Throw (1 action) Atropos's gains advantage on her next saving throw.

I Will Not Die (3 actions) If Atropos is reduced to 0 Hit Points the turn before and as actions to spare, she can roll a raw luck roll (DC 15) to either regain 50 Hit Points if they succeed or die instantly if they fail.

Summon Corpus Speculo (4 Actions) Atropos, with assisted legendary actions from Clotho and Lachesis, can create a perfect copy of a creature that is currently hostile to them. This creature is only loyal to the Fates, cannot be charmed, and has its initiative order begin the turn after the players turn it was summoned on. After it is killed, it and all items on it turn to ash.
