puppeteer does not qualifi for symbiotic creature

Introduction[edit]

the anthropomorphic baleen whale from savage species is an incredibly powerful race. I don't know what they were smoking when they made that. But this is optimized character builds! we can do better that simply taking a powerful race. This build takes only a single ECL higher to also create some pretty mad mental ability score.

References[edit]

Game Rule Components[edit]

Spells, Powers, Soulmelds, Stances, etc.[edit]

Progression[edit]

Starting Ability Scores (Before Racial Adjustments): <- starting ability scores before racial adjustments ->

Race (Templates): symbiotic creature with anthropomorpic baleen whale as the host, and a puppeteer as the guest. Starting Racial Traits: +8 str, +4 con, +4 dex, +4 int, +6 wis, +4 cha. 3d8 HD from anthropomorphic baleen whale and LA +1 from the symbiotic creature template gives us a starting ECL of 4. Not bad with those ability scores, is it? on top of this is the psionic abilities of the puppeteer.

Munchkin-Size Me[edit]

im sure the reqal optimizers can find a better guest than a puppeteer.

Side Notes[edit]

Limitations[edit]

you DM must allow you to use templates on your character.

DM Counters[edit]

have the players start at low ECL, like 4. then throw an incorporeal creature at them, and this guy is pretty powerless.
