ACTIONS

Bite Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (3d10 + 4) necrotic damage.

Claw Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d10 + 4) piercing damage.

Tail Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (3d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage.

Frightful Presence Each creature of the dragon's choice that is within 120 feet of the dragon and aware of it must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the dragon's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.

Charming Stare One creature of the dragon's choice that is within 140 feat of the dragon and can see it must succeed on a DC 18 wisdom saving throw or become charmed until the dragon is killed or incapacitated. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the dragon's Charming Stare for the next 24 hours.

Breath weapons (Recharge 5-6). The dragon uses one of the following breath weapons:

Breath of Death. The dragon exhales death in an 90-foot line that is 10 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 21 Dexterity saving throw, taking 56 (16d6) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Fire Breath. The dragon exhales fire in an 90-foot line that is 10 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 21 Dexterity saving throw, taking 56 (16d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Change Shape. The dragon magically polymorphs into a humanoid or beast that has a challenge rating no higher than its own, or back into its true form. It reverts to its true form if it dies. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying is absorbed or borne by the new form (the dragon's choice). In a new form, the dragon retains its alignment, hit points, Hit Dice, ability to speak, proficiencies, Legendary Resistance, lair actions, and Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores, as well as this action. Its statistics and capabilities are otherwise replaced by those of the new form, except any class features or legendary actions of that form.

Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. long shadowy body, this dragon is one that watches an abyss. This dragon has learned over the years how to use it's abilities to get a creature or a pack of creatures away from the abyss, it is ready to fight other creatures if needed to and will fight to the death with even the strongest of creatures, including dragons. This dragon is also watching the abyss to stop creatures from getting out of the abyss.

Tactics: This dragon stares at a creature of high intelligence then attacks them with it's tail. This dragon likes to hang on cave ceilings and drop on creatures or drop behind creatures and rush at them. This dragon tries to intimidate creatures away and deceive them about what it protects. If a creature ignores this dragon, then this dragon stares them down, if they still ignore, this dragon will attack them with all it's might and leave it almost dead if alone, this dragon will leave the creature dead if it is in a pack or group, hoping to scare the rest off. it will attack one creature with all attacks, first claws, then bite, then swiping with it's tail. This dragon will leave the creature it attacks alive if possible, but it will kill if the creature doesn't stop attacking or going towards the abyss, this dragon will kill if bloodied When this dragon is bloodied it loses it's idea of driving creatures off and instead goes into a rage and will try to kill anything it can see.
