Ability Score Increase. Your Your Dexterity score increases by 2.
Age. Aarakocra reach maturity by age 5. Compared to humans, aarakocra don’t usually live longer than 50 years.
Alignment. Most aarakocra are good and rarely choose sides when it comes to law and chaos. Tribal leaders and warriors might be lawful, while explorers and adventurers might tend toward chaotic.
Size. Aarakocra are about 5 feet tall. They have thin, lightweight bodies that weigh between 80 and 100 pounds. Your size is Medium.
Speed. Your base walking speed is <speed> feet. Your base walking speed is 25 feet.
Flight. You have a flying speed of 50 feet. To use this speed, you can’t be wearing medium or heavy armor.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and one other language of your choice.

Ostrich[edit]

Ability Score Increase. Your Strength score increases by 1.
Flightless. Your wings are not powerful enough to take to the skies. Instead, your legs have become stronger, allowing you to run farther than your aerial counterparts. Your base walking speed is 60 feet and you no longer have a flying speed.
Massive Legs. You have long, powerful legs, capable of kicking some teeth in. Your legs are natural weapons, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with them, you deal bludgeoning damage equal to 1d6 + your Strength modifier, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike.
Basically a Horse. You stand much bigger and taller than those around you, allowing you to carry others on your back. At the expense of half your movement speed, you may carry a medium or smaller creature on your back.

Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 1
Flightless.. In place of wings you have a set of flippers and a very sleek and slick body that grants you a great adaptation to swimming. You now have a swimming speed of 50 feet instead of a flight speed.
