Zokusho's Greatsword is an ancient sword, forged by a powerful lich for his top lieutenant, a vampire named Zokusho. The sword has since had many possessors, but currently is rumored to be entombed beneath Mt. Ellismere.

Abilities: (2/Day) Filth of Maggots

Filth of Maggots: With a command word, the wielder may cause hundreds of small, writhing maggots to cover the sword. Whenever a character is dealt damage by the sword, they must make a Fortitude save (DC 14) or take 1d4 points of Constitution damage as the maggots burrow into the wound. The ability is usable two times per day, and remains activated for one minute per use.
