Zaithan is the Southernmost sub-continent of Iolis. It is bordered on the North by Zamonia, and on the South by the Sea of Flames. The southern coast is full of beaches, and the sub-continent is full of minerals and ore, making Alcet one of the richest nations in Iolis. A lack of rivers or coal also made Alcet the most underdeveloped nations. Zaithan is almost always at war with Zamonia over their resources. Zaithan is divided into four regions and only has two major cities.

The Western Hills are contrasted to the East by their lush grass plains. They also have rich mines and along the Zamonia border, there are many trees. The civilians of this area are loggers and miners, and the second largest city, Vais is located here.

Mountains[edit]

The mountains of Zaithan hold many of the mineral deposits of the area. The civilians of this area are miners and gem cutters. There are no major cities in the Mountains.
