Xiao (4e Race)

From D&D Wiki

Jump to: navigation, search
Scales.png This page is of questionable balance. Reason: Sleight of Hand - all weapons (apart from the crossbow) can already be reloaded as a free action. Effective Unarmed Combat and Immobilizing Strike - these kind of features are defined by class, not race. Their unarmed attacks are also useless compared to weapons (no proficiency bonus, no enchantments, incompatible with feats. Immobilizing Strike will need an inherent attack bonus or it's going to miss a lot. They're really just halflings that favour the monk class.
