Feats: Magical Coronation.
Race: Restricted to those allowed the witch, ie half-elf, human, wood elf, forest gnome, lightfoot halfling, pixie, wild elf, aquatic elf, rock gnome, tallfellow halfling, gray elf, high elf, drow, deep halfling, maenad, lizardfolk, centaur, aasimir, tiefling, satyr, jann, rakshasa, hound archon, or ogre mage.
Skills: Knowledge (nature) 24 ranks.

All the following are class features of the Witch Queen:
Psionic Powers (Ps): A witch queen's powers are those of a psion, since she uses her willpower to discipline her psychic abilites; however, unlike psions and like wilders, the ability modifier for her powers is Charisma rather than Intelligence.
Power Points/Day: A witch queen’s ability to manifest powers is limited by the power points she has available. Her base daily allotment of power points is given on Table: Witch. In addition, she receives bonus power points per day if she has a high Charisma score (see Table: Ability Modifiers and Bonus Power Points). Her race may also provide bonus power points per day, as may certain feats and items.
Powers Known: A witch begins her queenship knowing ten psion power of her choice. Every level thereafter, she unlocks the knowledge of two new powers. She selects her powers from the psion power list or from the list of powers of her chosen discipline. She cannot choose powers from restricted discipline lists other than her chosen discipline lists. She can choose powers from disciplines other than her own if they are not on a restricted discipline list. (Exception: The feats Expanded Knowledge and Epic Expanded Knowledge do allow a witch to learn powers from the lists of other disciplines or even other classes.) A witch an manifest any power that has a power point cost equal to or lower than her manifester level.
A witch queen simply knows her powers; they are ingrained in her mind. She does not need to prepare them (in the way that some spellcasters prepare their spells), though she must get a good night’s sleep each day to regain all her spent power points.
To learn or manifest a power, a witch queen have an Charisma score of at least 10 + the power’s level.
Eternal Youth (Ex): Upon attaining queenship, a witch regains the appearance she had in her youth. She loses any ability score penalties she has incurred for aging, and cannot be magically aged. Any bonuses she may have accrued remain in place.
Magical Beast Companion (Ex): From 3rd level, a witch queen may add magical beasts to the list of animals from which she may choose her companion. The selection is as for the Magical Beast Companion feat. Note that the witch queen does not require the Wild Shape ability to gain this selection.
Extended Life Span (Ex): From 6th level, a witch queen adds one-half the maximum result of her race’s maximum age modifier to her normal middle age, old, and venerable age categories, and recalculates her maximum age using her new venerable number. Her current age category does not change.

All the following are class features of the Epic Witch Queen
Animal Companion: The witch queen’s animal companion, if she has one, continues to increase in power. Every three levels higher than 10th level, the animal companion gains 2 bonus hit dice, +1 Strength and Dexterity, and an additional trick.
Extended Life Span: The witch queen extends her lifespan every five levels after the 6th.
