The SRD only gives a means to determine costs and weights of weapons for Large and Small versions based on the Medium weapons. Any supplied values are the author's best determination.

Special- anything that can see that is attacked by the Wet Noodle, acts as if cowers in fear (in reality, they are in shock, this is the best I could find) Will 20 DC to negate if they have no fear of noodles.
