Implement (Wand)
Enhancement: Attack rolls and damage rolls
Critical: +1d8 fire, cold or lightning per plus (determined by the keyword chosen at the time of the wand's creation, see below).
♦ Gain a +1 item bonus to damage rolls when you use powers that have a keyword chosen from the following list; fire, cold or lightning. This keyword is chosen when the wand is created and cannot be changed.

Level 13 or 18: +2 item bonus.
Level 23 or 28: +3 item bonus.

Power (Arachane, Fire, Cold, or Lightning, Implement) ♦ Encounter (Standard Action)
As the arachnomancer's Retriever's eye power. The damage typpe of this power is the same as the keyword chosen at the time of the wand's creation (see above).
