You have vowed never to speak again.
Effect:
Effect: This is mainly a role-playing flaw. However, if the character does speak, he takes a permanent 2 points of Wisdom drain.
Roleplaying Ideas: The role-playing merit of this flaw is obvious. The character can communicate in sign language, though.
