Vigilant Psychic Defender [Psionic]

You are adept at defending yourself with your psionic powers.

Prerequisite

Ability to manifest empty mind, intellect fortress, Mental barrier', thought shield or tower of iron will

Benefit

You are able to react instantly to attack and can manifest a psionic defense as an immediate action even when flat-footed. As long as you know the power in question, you can manifest empty mind, intellect fortress, mental barrier, thought shield or tower of iron will when flat-footed.

Normal

An immediate action cannot be taken when flat-footed.
