 Welcome to D&D Wiki!
Hello Valentine the Rogue and welcome to D&D Wiki. I hope you have been enjoying this site, and I hope you have been finding the information here on D&D Wiki useful. I am an admin (and, actually, the owner as well) here on D&D Wiki along with a couple other people who make up "The Face" of D&D Wiki. An entire list of admins can be found here.
If you have any question about D&D Wiki, D&D, formatting on D&D Wiki, what day today is, what our purpose here on earth is, or whatever, an admin will, many times, give the best answer. Please feel free to ask any admin any question (ask me a question!).
Formatting on D&D Wiki (or any wiki for that matter) can be very difficult, and if you need help a good place to start is Help:Editing on Wikipedia (or even their Introduction page). This will explain the basic wiki formatting and should provide quite a few useful links that explain more specific areas of wiki formatting. Again, if you have any questions about formatting on D&D Wiki please ask them as, I imagine, anybody will be more than happy to help you get them answered.
A strong and welcoming community exists on D&D Wiki, and I am sure you will find it rather nice. Most discussions take place on content talk pages, however please feel free to walk into The Tavern (our local chat room) and talk to some fellow D&D Wikians. Anyway, on D&D Wiki, possibly since discussions are never deleted, people try to be nice. This means please follow Wikipedia's guidlines on Civility and Etiquette when discussing anything. And, if an argument does arise, please use Wikipedia's Dispute Resolution to make sure everyone comes out happy. Also, on a pretty different note, to ensure people know who posted what, please sign your name after a post with four tildes (~~~~) or by clicking on the signature icon. This will automatically produce your name and the date (by the way, is't kinda a pet peeve of mine when people don't sign posts... arrg...). Anyway, I hope you come to love the close-knit D&D Wiki community and welcome again, you are now a D&D Wikian. --Green Dragon 20:59, 9 September 2007 (MDT)

How hard would it be for me to change the name of my setting? Palantini 14:43, 23 January 2009 (MST)
|I award Valentine the Rogue this barnstar for his incredible work on the Create New Campaign Setting page. Seriously, great work, and AMAZINGLY comprehensive preload. --Daniel Draco 02:51, 19 January 2009 (MST)|
 Create New Campaign Setting
first time for a new heading! heh second. I just created a template to be used in the cosmology section. It's got basic formatting inside of it to make it easy to just pop in the info about a plane and then move on, you can check it here with an example: Template:Planar Template. I'll have it used on my cosmology page in a bit. -- Sleaker 22:53, 26 January 2009 (MST)
- Very nice. I like the template, I'll probably use it myself. I looked for something similar to this in the Environments section in the homebrew, but to no avail. Perhaps you should and this to the Add New page for making a new plane. -Valentine the Rogue 23:17, 26 January 2009 (MST)
- Yah, I think I will. Careful though cause I'm going to edit through the whole thing so it automatically adds in descriptions for each of the fields. Lemme finalize it before you go adding it in your planes, otherwise you may end up with some broken looking info. -- Sleaker 23:33, 26 January 2009 (MST)

Hey Vtr. Saw what you did on the Valgora page. For some reason that linking method didn't work and caused a red link. I'm sure there must be some way to interwiki link it, I'll just have to figure it out.14:21, 28 February 2009 (MST)
- Actually, that was supposed to happen. The Category doesn't have any text on it, just the picture listing. If Dhazriel wants to make it blue, there has to be some text on it like on my chocobo category page. It link appropriately, though. -Valentine the Rogue 14:24, 28 February 2009 (MST)
- Nvermind, my mistake -Valentine the Rogue 14:29, 28 February 2009 (MST)
I have started creating my own campaign setting Orion (please check it out and comment, not much is done so far but I'm working hard on it). I used your template with a few personalized adjustments. It was incredibly useful! Thanks!--Vrail 21:52, 4 April 2010 (UTC)
