Prerequisite: Int 13, or Cha 13

Benefit: You gain Infernal Wrath as an encounter power, I'n additon you gain a +2 bonus to Diplomacy and Bluff checks made against Devils.

Special: You are considered a Devil for the purpose of effects that relate to Devils.
